The 2010 Chicago Infectious Disease Board and Recertification Course is a three-day intensive learning session designed to prepare physicians-in-training and practicing physicians for the Infectious Disease Sub-specialty Examination of the American Board of Internal Medicine. The course is also intended for physicians who are interested in an intensive, broad-scope review of Infectious Disease topics. Presented by The Metro Foundation, this comprehensive course offers more than 25 presentations including: • HIV/AIDS The 2010 course provides exam candidates with an understanding of the latest clinical findings and case studies as well as ample Q&A opportunities with leading infectious disease physicians and educators. The course includes two intensive sample examinations to reinforce learning and ensure successful board certification. Cancellation PolicyNotification of cancellation must be received in writing. Cancellations received on or by July 30, 2010 are subject to a $100 processing fee. Cancellations received between July 31 and August 13, 2010 will receive a 50% tuition refund. For Cancellations received on or after August 14, 2010, tuition is not refundable. Substitutions will be accepted only with written authorization from the original registrant. This cancellation policy is for tuition only. The Metro Foundation is not responsible for nonrefundable, nontransferable airline tickets or hotel accommodations purchased for attendance at this course. If The Metro Foundation cancels this event, it is not responsible for any airfare, hotel or any other costs incurred by registrants.
