Whether you're preparing for board certification or simply looking to keep your clinical skills sharp, the MEC is an easy, inexpensive way to stay informed throughout the year.

Each month you will have access to 20 comprehensive questions, presented in a true testing environment including:

  • Board-oriented material
  • Case presentations
  • Photos (rash, lesions, parasitic eggs, radiological images, and more)
  • Extensive follow-up with detailed explanations of correct answers and differential diagnosis


All proceeds from MEC will support The Metro Foundation's infectious disease related education and community outreach initiatives.

Program Directors: Share the MEC


Share the MEC with your entire staff of physicians-in-training for a reduced group rate!  Limit 10 fellows per year.  Group rate is $1,000.00/year.  A letter confirming fellowship status and contact information for each fellow is required before registration can be processed.

Subscriptions for the Metro Educational Challenge are available for a one-year, six-month, three-month or one-month term.

  • Refer 1 Friend: Get one month free
  • Refer 5 Friends: Get six months free
